Technical Support Engineer

Job Description
The position covers customer support needs,  primarily onsite next to the users and via phone and remote support, for Windows/Linux systems and applications.

Role Responsibilities
Interact with end-users, addressing and tracking issues, providing the first line of support.
Installation, administration, troubleshooting of computer and network hardware and software systems.

At least 5 years of related experience
Practical experience in systems administration, Windows and Linux systems.
Hands on, results driven, can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English and Greek
University, TEI, IEK or similar computer/engineering degree.
IT certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco or relevant will be considered an asset.
